Requesting Ongoing Prescriptions

If you are well-established on a treatment prescribed by an nPower Health provider, here’s how to request ongoing prescriptions:

e-Prescriptions Only: Electronic scripts can be requested and will be sent to you via SMS or email. You can present these to your chosen pharmacy for dispensing.

Eligibility: To request a prescription renewal, you must have had a follow-up appointment within the past 9 months. Please note that during your follow-up appointments, you are typically provided with enough repeats to last until your next scheduled follow-up (usually annually).

How to Request a Prescription Renewal: Click the button below be directed to Halaxy to book a time for your prescription renewal. Please note:

• Appointment times are set in the evening to allow processing after office hours.

• You will not receive a call during this time. The appointment serves as a reminder for your provider to process your script and coordinate the $25 private fee (no Medicare rebate).

Important Note: Once payment is received, your provider will review your records and send your e-Scripts on their next working day. If your provider needs to speak with you to complete your request, we will contact you to arrange a booking. In this case, your paid fee will be applied toward the cost of that appointment.
